Our return policy and process
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and undamaged items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at a shipping location.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the same conditions as regular-priced items.
